We recommend these products to use along with our Good Brush.

Inspired by the traditional Ayurvedic practice of dry brushing (known as garshana), The Good Brush encourages lymphatic drainage and stimulates your body’s natural detox flow, while gently exfoliating to reveal fresh, radiant skin underneath.

Made with all-natural boar bristles, the compact shape and no-slip strap make it easy to start your daily dry brushing routine. It’s the essential wellness tool to complete your self-care rituals and leave your skin glowing.

Do not use the Good Brush in the shower or bath.

Elevate your Ritual

The Good Brush is made with natural, undyed boar hair bristles of medium strength. It is soft and gentle to use on your whole body, excluding your face.

-Start brushing at your feet and move up towards your heart using wide, clockwise motions. Continue sweeping your inner thighs, where the lymph nodes are.

-Move onto your your arms next, sweeping toward the arm pits where there is a cluster of lymph nodes.

-Take a warm shower or bath after dry brushing to remove dry, flaky skin cells.

-Do not pat dry completely. While your skin is still moist, warm 4-5 pumps of DIVINE or SACRED body serums between your hands, and massage liberally onto your entire body to help seal in moisture.

Avoid brushing on broken or irritated skin.

Why you should dry brush your skin

From exfoliation to improved blood circulation, lymphatic drainage stimulation, stress and tension relief, it's no wonder why dry brushing is extensively used in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

One of the main benefits of dry brushing is exfoliation. It helps to remove dead skin cells, revealing smoother and brighter skin. It also helps to unclog pores and prevent breakouts.
