Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Most orders are shipped 1-2 business days after being placed.

We offer free shipping on orders over $175 USD in the US and $220 CAD in Canada. Otherwise, the following shipping rates apply:

  • US orders below $175 US: Flat rate shipping $25 USD
  • Canadian orders below $220 CAD: Flat rate shipping $25 CAD

We may adjust flat shipping rates regularly to accommodate carrier cost increases. All shipping rates are posted on our home page.

Order status

Weekday orders placed by 12PM EST will ship the following day, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may increase when there is higher demand and particularly during the holiday season. In these situations, we will post a notice on our website so you are aware of potential delays before placing any order.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

We ship from Ontario, Canada, via UPS. Depending on your location, orders may take 3-5 business days to deliver. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. 

White Turtle Beauty is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred for international orders. Please familiarize with such charges before ordering form us.

Changes to your order

Please ensure accurate address input during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address.

If you ordered the wrong items and/or entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help you if the order has not shipped yet.

Returns/Refunds

Upon receiving your order, please confirm the contents of the package are entirely accurate before using the product.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. 

Returns must be approved by White Turtle Beauty before sending your package back. Packages that are returned without approval may not be accepted. We reserve the right to deduct any incurred costs from any applicable refund amounts.

Wrong item(s) shipped do not need to be returned. We will ship you the correct item(s) at no charge to you as soon as possible.

Due to the personal nature of our products, some items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We recommend that you familiarize with the ingredients and purpose of the products before committing to purchase. 

Discovery collection sets, beauty essentials, items acquired during a sale, as part of a gift with purchase, or through any promotional offer are deemed final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for used or opened products. 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will issue a replacement order at no cost to you.

No replacements will be granted after the seventh day of delivery.

Lost Packages

If your order is deemed lost, we will issue a re-shipment at no cost to you. Parcels are deemed lost if there has not been a tracking scan for 30 days.

Kindly note that White Turtle Beauty is not responsible for parcels scanned as delivered that cannot be located. Please check with your house members and neighbors first to see if they have the package.

Once a package is marked delivered to the correct address, we would recommend filing a report with your local Police station and starting a claim investigation with the courier for theft.

Refund payment

We will notify you once we’ve analyzed your return/refund request. In some instances, a product return may not be required as a condition to receive your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
